Panorama® Antibody Microarray - XPRESS Profiler725 Kit
Description
| Application | The array can be used for comparing protein expression profile between two samples (test vs. reference samples). Each sample is labeled with a different dye (Cy3 or Cy5) and the 2 samples are applied simultaneously on the array. The expression profile of each sample (Cy3 and Cy5) is recorded individually and compared. |
| General description | The Panorama Antibody Microarray - XPRESS Profiler725 Kit is a proteomics tool that measures the relative level of protein expression (protein microarrays) in cell or tissue extracts. It contains 725 antibodies on nitrocellulose coated glass slides. |
